Spectacular Spring

The Accelerator Centre in Waterloo is hosting the Spectacular Spring Art Sale. Artists from across Waterloo Region were asked to submit their work to be shown; I’ll have two framed photographs from my recent trip to Paris.

This juried show is organized by Jacqui Murphy, Jane Arnold, and Debbie Currie. A portion of all sales made will benefit The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Over 26,500 pounds of food for emergency hampers, community meals, and shelter programs is provided each week by The Food Bank so it’s clearly a worthwhile benefactor.

The show, taking place at 295 Hagey Blvd., is on Friday, May 1, from 7–10pm. Tons of room for guests, so check it out if you’re looking for something to do on a Friday night!
